Pricing

A clear price, before you commit.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all price list, because the honest answer is that the right scope differs from business to business. Here is exactly how the fee is set, what it covers, and what always stays separate.

How pricing works

Every engagement starts with a short intro call. After it, we provide a clear written scope and service fee. You see the price, what it covers, and how the service runs before you commit. No scope, no invoice.

You can engage Kalind Works on three routes:

  • Ongoing social media content — regular planning and production in the agreed formats and channels, with a simple way to redirect upcoming work when priorities change.
  • Paid ads management — campaign planning and management using approved creative.
  • Connected service — creative and paid distribution managed together by one partner.

What determines the fee

  • Service track — creative only, paid ads only, or the connected service.
  • Content rhythm and flexibility — how much regular content is produced, which formats are included, and how priority changes are handled within the delivery rhythm.
  • Campaign complexity — channels, campaign count, and how much setup and tracking readiness work is needed.
  • Management rhythm — how actively campaigns are monitored and optimised within the agreed scope.
  • Reporting requirements — the format and cadence of reporting you want.

A simple scope costs less than a complex one. If a smaller scope would serve your goal, we will say so on the call.

Ongoing does not mean that you must invent a fixed number of ideas every month. The scope defines the regular output we plan and produce, plus the process for redirecting upcoming work when something new matters.

Ad spend is always separate

Media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from Kalind Works service fees, unless a written proposal explicitly states otherwise. Before launch we agree budget guardrails and approval points, so your advertising budget never moves without a rule you approved. More detail in paid ads management.

What the written scope contains

Before you commit, the scope defines in writing:

  • deliverables, formats, and channels;
  • how you submit priorities and how approval works;
  • lead times, review points, and revision rounds;
  • responsibilities on both sides;
  • for paid ads: platforms, account access, tracking, budget guardrails, optimisation rhythm, and reporting;
  • the service fee and terms.

We would rather set honest expectations than sell “unlimited” or “instant.” Ongoing means a reliable agreed rhythm—not infinite output. Guaranteed leads or sales are not something a responsible partner can promise.
