Kalind Works is the brand used for the marketing services presented on this website.

Website delivery and security

When you open the website, the hosting infrastructure necessarily processes technical connection data. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested path, referrer information, browser and device information, and the response status.

The purpose is to deliver the site reliably, maintain technical security, diagnose faults, and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and functional provision of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and technical delivery providers receive this data as processors where required to operate the site. Operational logs are ordinarily retained for no more than 30 days, unless a security event requires longer preservation or a legal obligation applies.

Growth-call requests

If you use the contact form, we process your name, work email, optional business name, your message, the page from which the request was sent, any campaign parameters you arrived with, and the time of submission.

We use the information to assess and answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Campaign parameters are used to understand which campaign led to a submitted enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for steps before entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and evaluating our business marketing.

Name, email, message, and acknowledgement of this notice are required to submit the form. Without them, we cannot process the request. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients and service providers

Form submissions are available only to the people responsible for handling enquiries. They are stored in our dedicated database operated by Supabase. If the internal notification workflow is enabled, the same enquiry data is sent to our configured Activepieces automation so the responsible team can respond. These providers act under our instructions where they process personal data for us.

Retention

If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we ordinarily delete the form record no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact. We may keep relevant correspondence longer where it is needed for a contract, legal claims, or statutory record-keeping duties.

Booking links

If a scheduling link is available, it opens an external booking service only after you select it. The external provider then receives technical connection data and any details you enter there under the privacy information shown by that provider. We do not embed the booking service on this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or other non-essential browser storage. For that reason, no consent banner is displayed. If optional tracking or comparable technology is introduced, it must remain disabled until any legally required consent has been obtained and this notice has been updated.

International transfers

Technical providers may use companies or infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision, we require an appropriate safeguard such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where necessary. Information about the safeguards relevant to your data is available from us on request.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation.

To exercise a right, contact info@gajeraitsolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for private organisations established in Saxony is:

Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte
Maternistraße 17
01067 Dresden, Germany
