Service — Paid ads management

Paid ads, managed for you.

You have something worth promoting. Turning it into a campaign, operating the ad account, deciding what to change, and understanding the results should not become another job on your desk. That is the job we take on.

A managed service, not an ad platform login

Kalind Works creates the campaign and helps run the paid distribution behind it—from planning and launch to ongoing optimisation and clear reporting. You stay in control of the business goal, the budget, the claims, and the approvals. We carry the advertising workflow.

Paid ads management works as a standalone service, or connected to our ongoing social creative service so one partner understands the business priority, shapes the campaign creative, and manages how it reaches its audience.

What a paid ads scope can include

  • Campaign planning — objective, audience, offer, channel, and budget planning built around what you want the campaign to achieve.
  • Readiness review — advertising account, tracking, analytics, and landing-page readiness before money is spent.
  • Build and launch — campaign build, quality checks, your approval, then launch.
  • Active management — monitoring the available signals and making evidence-led, scoped optimisations.
  • Clear reporting — performance context, what the results suggest, and recommendations, on an agreed rhythm.
  • Campaign creative and copy — included when scoped, or bring approved assets that meet the agreed requirements.

The exact platforms and activities depend on your business, access, budget, and agreed scope—everything is confirmed in writing before work begins. Read a fuller walkthrough in what a paid ads management service actually does.

Platforms follow the goal, not the other way round

We can manage paid campaigns across the major platforms relevant to your audience and goal. That can include Google Search, Maps, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max; Microsoft Advertising; and paid social across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.

The mix is agreed before launch rather than spreading your budget across channels that do not fit. A local restaurant with a lunch offer needs a different campaign than an online shop clearing seasonal stock—the recommended platforms should follow the business goal and audience, not a package.

How budget and fees work

Media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from Kalind Works service fees, unless a written proposal explicitly states otherwise. We agree budget guardrails and material-change approval points before launch, so spend never moves without a rule you approved.

The management fee depends on the campaign complexity, channels, creative needs, and reporting rhythm—see how our pricing works for what determines it.

Who this fits

This service is built for owners and small teams that:

  • have a clear offer, launch, campaign, or growth priority worth promoting;
  • want to use paid channels without managing the advertising workflow internally;
  • operate a physical location or service area and want nearby customers to find, call, visit, or book them—or sell online and want demand for a specific offer;
  • can approve a realistic media budget and provide account access;
  • want campaign creative and media activity coordinated by one partner instead of two suppliers.

What we will not promise

No responsible paid media partner can guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend. Your offer, website, sales process, market, budget, and tracking all affect performance alongside the campaign itself.

What we do commit to: managing the agreed campaign carefully, monitoring the available signals, making evidence-led improvements, explaining what the results suggest, and telling you honestly when something— including the offer or landing page—is holding the campaign back.

How an engagement starts

  1. A short intro call — you describe the business, the offer, and what the campaign should achieve.
  2. A written scope — channels, responsibilities, budget guardrails, management rhythm, reporting, and the service fee, before you commit.
  3. Onboarding and launch — account and tracking readiness, campaign build, your approval, then launch and active management.

Tell us what you want to advertise.

Share the offer, the audience, and the result you care about. We will confirm fit, recommend a scope, and give you a clear service fee before you commit. Ad spend stays separate and under your control.
